Gadhada III-38: The Sānkhya Scriptures and Others; Remaining Forever Happy

Gunātitānand Swāmi said, “Without knowing Mahārāj as Purushottam, it is not possible to go to Akshardhām. Without becoming brahmarup, it is not possible to stay in the service of Mahārāj.”
Shivlāl then asked a question, “How should Mahārāj be known as Purushottam? And how can one become brahmarup?”
Swāmi then said, “Know that Mahārāj is supreme, the source of all avatārs and the cause of all causes.” Based on this, he had Vachanāmruts Gadhadā II-9 and Gadhadā III-38 read and said, “Today, in Satsang, the sādhus, achāryas, mandirs and murtis are all supreme. So what is there to say in Mahārāj being supreme? One should understand that he is supreme. And one can become brahmarup by believing this sādhu to be brahmarup and associating with him through one’s mind, deed and speech. Then one becomes brahmarup.” Based on this, he had Vachanāmrut Vartāl 11 read and said, ‘When one becomes like this, then one stays in the service of Purushottam.”
ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામી કહે, “મહારાજને પુરુષોત્તમ જાણ્યા વિના અક્ષરધામમાં જવાય નહીં ને બ્રહ્મરૂપ થયા વિના મહારાજની સેવામાં રહેવાય નહીં.” ત્યારે શિવલાલે પ્રશ્ન પૂછ્યો જે, “પુરુષોત્તમ કેમ જાણવા? ને બ્રહ્મરૂપ કેમ થવાય?” ત્યારે કહ્યું જે, “મહારાજ તો સર્વોપરી ને સર્વ અવતારના અવતારી, સર્વ કારણના કારણ છે.” તે ઉપર મધ્યનું નવમું ને છેલ્લાનું આડત્રીસમું વચનામૃત વંચાવીને કહ્યું જે, “આજ તો સત્સંગમાં સાધુ, આચાર્ય, મંદિર ને મૂર્તિયું તે સર્વોપરી છે, તો મહારાજ સર્વોપરી હોય તેમાં શું કહેવું? એ તો સર્વોપરી જ છે એમ સમજવું, અને બ્રહ્મરૂપ તો એમ થવાય છે જે, આવા સાધુને બ્રહ્મરૂપ જાણીને મન, કર્મ, વચને તેનો સંગ કરે છે તે બ્રહ્મરૂપ થાય છે.” તે ઉપર વરતાલનું અગિયારમું વચનામૃત વંચાવીને કહ્યું જે, “આવો થાય છે ત્યારે પુરુષોત્તમની સેવામાં રહેવાય છે.”
